Resident Evil 4 is filled with horrifying creatures and terrifying undead monstrosities, including - but not limited to - giant worm-infested ogres, a man who would look more at home in Dead Space than Resi, and a sea monster thrown in for good measure. This is all before the player reaches the castle.

So when players entered this moody, gothic castle, no doubt most were expecting things to only escalate further. So, what awful terror would await them next?

Well, it's an old man in a ten-year-old's body. Horrifying.

When Ramon Salazar first waltzes on screen with his tiny Napoleon outfit and awful accent he doesn't exactly scream, "I'm going to be a super-strong boss later on." Most players probably discounted the man immediately upon spotting him, instead focusing on the two scarier, and much more mysterious bodyguards behind him.

Consequently, when he shows up later and proceeds to do what every villain does best in Resident Evil (suddenly transforming into a mass of tentacles and blood), he is absolutely terrifying.

Long gone is the elderly man trapped in a small child's body. Now it's an old man trapped inside of a giant eye and pulsating flesh. Oh joy.
