On both the GameCube and the Wii, the Metroid Prime games were some of the most visually impressive games, both in terms of resolution and art design, that the sytems had. They still hold up beautifully today even on aging hardware when compared to the current HD systems. For the Wii U to win over first person shooter fans, as well as those looking for a dark and marture game on the system, it is going to need to bring back Samus and her first person adventures.
