10 Open World Video Game Secrets You Never Found
2. Turkey Assassin - Assassin's Creed 3
Assassin's Creed 3 took us to the American frontier during the 18th century, with New York City, Boston and the wilderness around the cities fully explorable. You take control of Connor, an assassin tasked with fighting the templars in order to control the colonies.
While there are several secrets to uncover in AC3, there is one that most of us never discovered. After you have played until at least sequence six of the game, a bizarre, hilarious Easter egg can be uncovered using a classic video game cheat code.
If you visit your homestead in Davenport after the sixth sequence, you can take cover at a certain wall at the back of the house and whistle, which will attract a turkey. The turkey will follow you around and you can actually interact with it by feeding it.
If players target the turkey and input the Konami code (Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A) the turkey will transform into an assassin, with a tiny hood appearing on it's head. Perhaps a reference to previous franchise entries visiting Turkey or just a silly Easter egg for you to discover, it is amusing either way.
