Here's a weird thing; LEGO Worlds was set up to be 'Minecraft done with LEGO', and it totally is that, but the nearest comparison in terms of structure actually feels more like No Man's Sky.

Now, before you run for the hills screaming for people to hide their loved ones, what I'm saying is you get a string of procedurally-generated mini-Lego worlds, which all have quests to complete and objects to scan. LEGO Worlds released without any real fanfare despite still being hoovered up by the younger demographic.
