However, one relatively pointless but super cool detail can be seen during one of Johnny Cage’s win poses. In this win pose, he pulls out an action figure of himself and shows you how tough and cool it is. In an adorable blink and you’ll miss it moment, you can see that on the bottom of the shoe the word ‘Cassie’ is written.

The handwriting is the same style as ‘Andy’ is written on Woody’s shoe in Toy Story, so that’s a cute little callback.

Similarly, this suggests the action figure isn’t Johnny’s at all, but rather it belongs or belonged to his daughter Cassie Cage, who is also a fighter in Mortal Kombat 11.
