10 Pre-Orders Better Than The Game Itself

The third and final entry in the Arkham trilogy, Batman: Arkham Knight saw the caped crusader set loose in a crime-infested Gotham City to stop Scarecrow from unleashing his fear toxin on the population.

Much like the other Arkham games, this title contained more of the series’ slick combat and stealth mechanics, with another roster of criminals to encounter. This game made players feel like Batman as much as the previous entries did. However, a predictable story and overuse of the Batmobile would unfortunately end this trilogy on a sour note.

What fans weren’t disappointed in, though, was the flashy limited edition release that they could get their hands on.

From Arkham Asylum offering customers their own replica Batarang to Origins’ stunning statue of Batman and Joker, the trilogy is known for not skimping on its collector’s editions, and Arkham Knight was no different.

Included alongside a SteelBook, an 80-page artbook, and a limited edition comic, the centre piece was a magnificent memorial statue of the Dark Knight that was dripping in both quality and detail.

There was also a version that came with a Batmobile statue. But after playing this game, players will have seen more than enough of that car for a lifetime.
