7. The Last Guy

The Last Guy, released in 2008, exclusively on the PS3, is a title that many people probably aren't even aware of getting a physical release. Whilst popular, the majority of people that played the game encountered it on the Playstation Store or through PS Now.

In fact, if you were lucky enough to import the game from either Japan or Singapore when it was available, it would run you an average cost of about 3,000 yen, roughly around $25 - and that's before you factor in import fees.

Comparatively, if you would have bought the game on the Playstation Store when it was first released it would have cost you around $8.

The initial price of the physical release may have dissuaded some people from investing in a copy of the game when it was released on disc. Those folks might be kicking themselves now though, as a physical copy of the game will now cost you around $250.00.

If you were a fan of the game, this might slightly annoy you as there are three levels exclusive to the physical release of the game. Can't say those three levels are worth shelling out over $200 though.
