With such a monumental player base behind it, it's both very surprising and not at all surprising that Fortnite has trophies only achieved by a very small minority of players.

But, when you see the Fortnite trophies that only have a 0.1% completion rate, you almost always immediately understand why. This is doubly true for the Unspeakable Horrors trophy, as it doesn't take place in the "regular" version of the game, but rather the Save the World mode, which has you face off against monsters instead of other players.

As you might imagine, then, the player base that has even played one game of this mode is significantly smaller. And, of that small base, even fewer are willing to play the game enough to achieve Unspeakable Horrors, as for it you need to kill twenty thousand Mist Monsters.

For context, many early missions have you kill fifteen Mist Monsters, so it's safe to say twenty thousand is a fair old sum. Although this does make it all the more of an achievement when (and if) you finally crack it.
