10 Reasons Infinite Warfare Just Killed Call Of Duty

9. Modern Warfare Remastered > Infinite Warfare

It says a lot when the general consensus is that the remastered version of 2007's Modern Warfare is a far more enjoyable experience than Infinite Warfare itself.

Many even bought IW solely to be able to play MRW, which really emphasises how down on the new game so many players are.

It's simply impressive that a re-skinned version of a game with decade-old game design is holding players' attention more than the brand new title, perhaps in large part because MWR masters the basics while IW takes the series to a place that, for many, is simply too far divorced from the essence of what made the franchise great in the first place.

When the old is outgunning the new, why even bother with the new?
