10 Reasons No Man’s Sky Is Finally Worth Playing
7. Loads Of Lore
Many players found No Man’s Sky’s expansive, procedurally generated universe to be rather empty of meaning or purpose when the game first launched. Aside from a mad dash to the center of the universe, there was little else for the players to experience from a storyline perspective.
In the Atlas Rises update Hello Games addressed that issue by adding 30 hours of additional storyline exploring much of the universe’s mythology, doubling what was initially included with the game.
The update also implemented a new Mission Listings Agent residing in each space station who offers a variety of small side missions each with their own rewards.
Additionally, the earlier Foundation update included an array of mini missions doled out by a group of hired Aliens working for you at your home base. So players searching for a purpose within the vast universe are provided with a much meatier and lengthy adventure to enjoy.
