10. Lack of Money
One of the biggest problems were all facing at the minute is a total lack of money. Hell even the American Government is having a tiff because they cant settle their finances, sending the world into something of a tailspin now that daddys let go of the steering wheel. Aside from that is the fact that both Sony and Microsoft are in the same boat as Apple right now: They know they need to innovate to draw bigger profits, but the needs of the overarching gaming public are thoroughly satiated through a smattering of top-quality titles and hardware that, outside of servers going kaput, work as advertised. Apples answer? A phone lock-screen thumbprint scanner. Lets see the fanboys get their heads around the necessity of that inclusion in 2013, as last I checked we werent all secret agents. The key difference between Apple as oppose to Sony and Microsoft is that the latter have been taking their time, whilst the former seem content to churn out multiple products on an annual basis. However if youre going to bide your time and take on board an entire decade of customer feedback, you best have such a beautifully crafted, sure-to-be-community-appraised idea tucked away thatll blow the collective socks of those in attendance into another stratosphere. Instead, the reality of what happened brings me onto my next point.
