10 Reasons The Division 2 DESTROYS Anthem

6. The Hub Areas Are Interesting & Intuitive

There's really no sugar-coating it: Anthem's hub-world of Fort Tarsis just...sucks.

You can walk around this small, bland settlement at a snail's pace and interact with dull NPCs, accept missions and spend some money, all in baffling first-person perspective.

In addition to being entirely disconnected from the game's main world - separated as it is by a lengthy loading screen - Fort Tarsis feels suspiciously like it was added late in development, and doesn't gel at all with the design philosophy or style of the main game.

The Division 2 thankfully doesn't put up the same wall, instead giving players countless small hubs throughout the game world in the form of safe houses.

These areas allow you to interact with other players, prep for challenges and matchmake, and they never, ever feel delineated from the sprawling open world.
