4. Bayonetta 2
Bayonetta was a critically acclaimed game that released in 2009 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but despite acclaim the sales of the game did not reflect its high quality and gaming pedigree from the hands of Platinum Games. In stepped Nintendo, like an LLC James Bond, swooping in to save the day. Now the sequel is being made exclusively from the ground up for the Wii U and will release some time this year. Having also played it at this past E3, I can only say that the lush visuals, amazing action and silky smooth gameplay are all but certain to make this one of the best games of the year.
