10 Ridiculous Video Game Crossovers We’d Love To Play

8. Zelda + Left 4 Dead = Zelda: Left 4 Dead

Premise: Embark on a new Zelda adventure with the added twist of dealing with zombie hordes. Gameplay: The gameplay would be like any other Zelda game, except now you have three other members on your quest that are either AI or human controlled. Hordes would attack you randomly throughout the game anywhere, so you always have to be alert. The story would also have to be zombie centered so the hordes aren€™t just randomly in the game for absolutely no reason. Why It€™s A Terrible Idea: Zelda is about puzzling missions and conquering temples as you complete your quests. Having to deal with a horde of zombies while you are trying to figure what the hell to do to continue on in your mission could become extremely frustrating. Plus you have no guns, meaning every horde is now more time consuming. This game could become unbearable, boring and repetitive real fast. And if you have a short temper, it could cause serious furniture damage. Why You€™d Love To Play It: Zombie games may have peaked at their popularity, but they are still fun every now and then, especially with friends. Taking a classic game like Zelda, adding a new adventure and throwing in the extra challenge of zombie hordes sounds like a fun and frustrating game. However, now you at least have a team with you, which isn€™t heard of in a Zelda game. This makes the game wickedly fun as you now have buddies to play with and endure the frustrating quest with you. It€™s a hack and slash, buddy and zombie adventure.
