Cyberpunk 2077 is a game that talks a lot about the challenges of becoming a legend in a capitalist dystopia. However, while regular people will struggle to become a Night City legend, it kind of comes with the territory when you're a hulking mass of metal who can crack a person's skull like a peanut. 

Enter Adam Smasher. 

Smasher is a cyborg mercenary working for Arasaka as head of security and is the kind of NC legend you don't want to meet. He's an explosion of cybernetic terror with a massive robotic body, an arsenal of weaponry at his disposal, and a psychopathic adoration of violence. 

You first encounter Smasher in a BD given by Evelyn Parker, seeing through her eyes as she meets this intimidating behemoth. The first words he says to her are, "You look like a cut of f***able meat. Are you?" If you can listen to that without freaking out, then you're braver than most.

Smasher is a terrifying example of what the fusion of man and metal can produce.
