5. Street Cleaning Simulator
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_dTcJBM2eEg A game sure to be a hit with those suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder the world over, Street Cleaning Simulator replicates the trials and tribulations of those who keep our streets clean and tidy, as well as holding up traffic by taking up a whole lane. While not trying to be harsh, the game could be implemented in citizenship lessons at schools, a reminder of what happens if you don't keep your grades up. Even taking the game on its own terms, it's apparently not very good; Gamespot famously gave it 1.5/10, declaring that it wasn't even able to get the basic physics of street-cleaning right, and is therefore a failure even for the relatively low standards of the simulator genre. It almost makes us actually want to play the game, but not quite.
