10 Strangest Collector's Editions Of Video Games
2. Dying Light
Developer Techland reached out to UK retailer Game to create a one of a kind special edition. It’s reasonably priced compared to the Saints Row pack, but still a lot of money at £250,000. But in all fairness, you are getting a house with it. You get a custom built zombie apocalypse survival shelter, to be exact, including an upper-deck vantage point with escape hatch, arsenal storage for weaponry, and a lounge area with an Xbox One. Might not be much use with no power in the event of an actual apocalypse.
You’ll also snag yourself four signed steel-book editions of the game, two pairs of Razer Tiamat headphones, your face on one of the zombies in the game, a round trip to the development offices to party and to play a rigged multiplayer match with the devs (so that you can brag about how you beat them), zombie survival parkour lessons, a life size zombie statue to scare off potential raiders, Dying Light branded night vision goggles and a pack of adult nappies, in case you get scared when playing the game. You can’t make this stuff up.
