3. Hush Little Baby - Bioshock (2007)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAH5js7RG-A Throughout Bioshock you expected some degree of scary around every corner. The game starts off at the higher end of "Tense Scary" then slowly descends into "Freakishly Weird Scary." This isn't necessarily a bad thing though - variety is the spice of life, after all. The one moment that really got me in the original Bioshock, however, was when you encounter the silhouette of a Splicer singing a warped version of Hush Little Baby over a stroller. Her own take on the classic nursery rhyme contains the charming verse: "When your daddy's in the ground, momma's gonna sell you by the pound." Lovely.
