10 Things Only GTA V Fans Understand
7. Losing Connection In A Heist
Many people were disappointed at the complete absence of any single player DLC for GTA V, but Rockstar did not close this door without opening a window, and quelled something (if not all) of players' hunger for bank-robbing exploits with their creatively named “Heists Update” back in March 2015.
While performing a heist with random players you’ve just met can manifest into something very close to the pinnacle of frustration, having a collective of friends to take on these inventive and often challenging missions (especially when counting the Doomsday Heist) can be incredibly fun and rewarding.
Even when you have a solid team of professionals who are ready and willing to pull off some of the biggest crimes of the century with you, often Rockstar’s servers or your internet provider have other plans for your schemes.
Speaking from personal experience, that isn’t much that comes close in terms of annoyance when you’re mere yards from completing the final mission objective when a member of your party gets kicked from the game which ends the mission for everyone and you’re forced to start over.
Welcome to Los Santos.
