10 Things You Need To Know About Halo Wars 2
4. Multiplayer Is Considerably Fleshed Out
What would a Halo game be without some solid multiplayer options?
The original Halo Wars already gave us 'Skirmish', which was ostensibly its deathmatch mode. This will be making a return with A.I. enemies, as your selection has been bolstered by 'Strongholds'; a timed playlist where you fight to control parts of the map as the clock ticks down.
'Domination'; an all-map conquering showdown between two players aiming to literally dominate the map, 'Deathmatch'; a mode where you aim to take out your opponent's bases directly, and Blitz; the aforementioned card-based battler where resources and units are tied to whichever deck you're playing.
In every respect, Halo Wars 2 feels like a definitive step up - quit possibly the one to get millions of people involved in one of the best video game genres of all time.
