Let's face it, you saw this one coming.

For those of you who aren't informed, "Camper" is the term assigned to a player who enters a game, finds a spot on the map... and remains there for the WHOLE GAME.

Camping is not to be confused with sniping, because snipers aren't in a position to run around a map - they need to be ducked off, so this isn't about them. Campers can have any type of weapon loadout and play any type of game mode. Like the Stat-Whore, they aren't usually concerned about the outcome of the game, and fear of dying or being a detriment to the team can often turn any unskilled player into a Camper. They wait in corners or lurk at the edges of a map, engaging unsuspecting players when it's safe to do so, and providing a minimal contribution to the game. While not infuriating to the extend that a Try-Hard or a Troll can be, they're often annoying when you're minding your business, rounding a corner, and being blasted by a shotgun from a kid who's been in that corner the entire game.

Fortunately, game developers listen to the pleas of players who are fed up with them, and some measures have been take to counter-act the trolls. For starters, the gear in the above photo is a Millimeter Scanner, an attachment that scans through walls and can detect stationary players (i.e., campers). And considering bullets go through walls, it is easily able to deal with them as needed. Furthermore, campers by nature tend to be stealthy, so if radar is enabled and you see a red dot consistently remaining in a singular location, congratulations: you've beaten the camper before he kills you.

Or, at least, before he moves. And that brings us to:
