5. Who Are The Opening Fighters? - Street Fighter II
Anyone who’s played Street Fighter II will recall the brief intro scene, where a couple of unnamed dudes are facing off before one of them decks the other with a killer punch. That’s the last we see of them, though, since they don’t appear anywhere else in the game or the franchise.
Some fans wondered who the hell these two random dudes were supposed to be, with some thinking they were characters seen in the first game. Capcom randomly revealed the answer during the 25th anniversary of the game. It turns out the puncher is called Scott, and the punchee is Max.
It doesn’t make a huge difference to the game knowing this info, but at least that little mystery has been solved.
