10 Underrated Star Wars Games You Probably Missed

1. Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast

If there is one thing I’ve learned from Star Wars games in the past, it's that the franchise can be morphed and bent to fit in any space required.

Whether car combat, fighting, racing or arcade shooter developers have found a way. Then we also get MMOs, mobile phones games, multiplayer shooters, and well, Yoda Stories. But Star Wars shines brightest, when it's doing nothing else but being Star Wars.

Jedi Outcast follows the continuing adventures of Kyle Katarn, who relinquished his powers as a Jedi and was also formerly an imperial soldier for the Empire. That’s some resume. Now mercenary running missions for Mon Mothma he crosses paths with a new Dark Jedi called Desann and inevitably lead him to the Valley of the Jedi.

From there you meet Luke slowly recovering Kyle’s force abilities (which solves the problem of being too over power from the get-go) Visiting a variety of worlds and not just imperials bases like games prior Outcast is a tale of redemption after Kyle gives it all up. The combat work either in a third or first-person perspective with a vast variety of options to take out foes ahead.

Feeling simple and just want to blast a few fools? Well, blast the Bantha Poodoo with an E11 or feeling like an accomplished swordsman? Then slice them up with a lightsaber or finally feeling one with the Force? Push, Throw or Chokem as kinky as that sounds.

Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast is one of the most complete Star Wars action adventure games ever made (Only really being rivaled by Jedi Academy which contains more force powers and worlds, but lacks in a story).

If you’re suffering from a Star Wars gaming drought, pick this title up.
