10 Upcoming Video Games That Risk Flying Under The Radar

8. We Happy Few

Compulsion Games

For a game that we've been hearing about for three years now, it feels like We Happy Few can't live up to the expectations that it's set up.

The biggest problem facing We Happy Few is its gameplay and how it keeps on changing what it's all about. When it was first revealed, We Happy Few seemed like a story-centric first-person action game, similar to something like BioShock.

What we didn't know is that the game was actually a procedurally-generated survival game that didn't seem to focus on the story at all. People weren't happy with this, and it really put a lot of people off.

Now We Happy Few is touting that it has gone back to the drawing board and focused less on survival mechanics, without doing away with them altogether. For a game that launches next month, there just doesn't seem to be a lot of certainty about what the game actually is.

Sadly, it seems like the damage was already done and a lot of people just don't seem interested in We Happy Few. We'd be happy to be proven wrong.
