10 Upcoming Video Games That Risk Flying Under The Radar
2. Dreams
A game that exists so that players can make anything they want is an amazing prospect, but it's one that is extremely hard to sell.
When LittleBigPlanet released, the fact that it let you create platforming levels and beyond was also supported by fantastic platforming and a general set of rules. Dreams seems to do away with this in favour of literally letting you do whatever you want with it.
It's a really cool idea, but unless you're a creator, it doesn't give a lot for the general public to get excited for.
Not only is Dreams a really tough game to sell, it's barely been getting any attention from Sony or general gaming outlets. With games like God of War and Spider-Man, a game like Dreams is falling to the wayside pretty quickly, with only a few cameo appearances at E3 this year.
Combine this with the fact that we don't even know when the beta is coming out, let alone the full retail release, and it's pretty hard to get too excited for Dreams.
