10 Upcoming Video Games To Look Out For In April 2017

5. Micro Machines: World Series

What is it: Micro Machines, the hit video game based on the collectible little vehicle toys by Galoob, is back in HD style and a new Hasbro branding. The Micro Machines franchise hit the gaming market in the 90's starting with the NES, and thanks to the addition of four player, quickly grew to ports and sequels on every console and competitor you could think of.

Racers zoom their minature motor vehicles across household areas such as tables, gardens, and yards, avoiding objects like spoons and walkie-talkies as they race to the finish.

A single-screen camera flies overhead, and anyone who falls out of speed or goes off the track is quickly eliminated from the race entirely.

While there's not much yet known about the game, it's a surefire bet that apart from the addition of rockets and weaponry, it'll stay true to what the classics were known for - top down, neck-and-neck racing.

When's it coming out: 21st April for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
