10 Video Game Abilities That Would Kick Ass In Real Life

1. Respawning

The Ability: One that occurs in virtually all video games, the ability to return to life after dying. This can be by way of extra lives, or in the case of multiplayer games, simply spawning once again for no rhyme or reason, just because the game requires that you do. My own personal favourite respawn system is the Vita Chamber in Bioshock: these conveniently-placed pods will revive you when you die, providing virtually no punishment and basically making the game a lot easier than it otherwise would be. In Real Life: Vita Chambers in real life? Wouldn't that be something? Say you die in a freak accident, you're instantly revived in a nearby chamber, though there are a number of logistical issues with this, one being that it would probably result in a population explosion and worldwide resource shortages. Though we presume people would still die of natural causes, any non-natural death could be prevented, and it would likely cause total anarchy in the long run. What about you? Shout out your own wishlist in the comments!
