7. Mystery Button - Sim Ant

There have been a lot of strange simulation games on the market, from PC building to worker colonies of bees, all the way to living out the dream of dreams that is Youtube Simulator.

Then there's Sim Ant, a game from the creators of The Sims series Maxis, which put you in six wiggly boots of an ant as you attempted to build the best colony you could.

Yet, the life of an ant is not an easy one as you have to contend with others for resources and even come face to face with a spider which is absolutely terrifying. However, in amongst all the buttons and measuring tools at your disposal, there was an unmarked button which seems completely harmless at first, but press it and you'll be in for a world of strange events.

The button would randomly affect the game in ways that ranged from playing sound effects, spouting random ant trivia, but more worryingly could make the spider shoot lasers from its eyes!

That is not a sight that anyone needed to see let me tell you, and will make you regret instantly messing around with this beautifully tempting button.
