In Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, the titular duo teamed up with a female Lombax called Rivet, to take down Doctor Nefarious. Even though Rivet was well-received, long-time fans were wondering why she was included, when the other female Lombax, Angela, would've fit the role like a glove.

Debuting in Going Commando, Angela originally served as an antagonist for Ratchet & Clank. When the trio realised they were on the same size, they joined forces to stop MegaCorps' diabolical scheme.

Rather than making her a generic character, Angela was surprisingly complex. She found herself constantly conflicted since she has strong moral convictions, but forced to perform incriminating actions for the greater good.

Due to her popularity, Angela made a return in the follow-up, Up Your Arsenal. But after she ventured off in a starship, nobody has seen a hide or hair of the furry lass.

The question is why? Considering A Rift Apart has Ratchet & Clank venturing beyond space, the story could've easily had the heroes bump into Angela, reincorporating her into the plot. Although she's been sporadically mentioned over the years, Angela has been out of the picture for 20 years.
