10 Video Game Franchises On PS Now To Keep You Busy During Lockdown
8. Red Dead Redemption
Red Dead Redemption 2 is undoubtedly one of biggest and best games ever made, but PS Now gives you the chance to play the previous title in the series which paved the way for this classic.
Whilst obviously it is not as polished as its successor it still plays very well and has a fantastic story to boot. It has a much smaller map and the campaign can be done easily in under 20 hours, but it still provides a fantastic experience and one that was groundbreaking at the time.
It also allows those that have completed Red Dead 2, but have not played its predecessor, to carry on the story. For those unfamiliar with it, the game follows on shortly after the ending of Red Dead 2. You take control of John Marston, running into several characters from the latest title along the way.
There is still a host of animals to find, gang hideouts to take over and strangers with their own quests to get your teeth into. Also available is the DLC for the game, Undead Nightmare, a zombie-themed story, which in its own right is a fantastic package and will add hours to the experience.
Overall it is more of the same for those that loved Red Dead 2 and you could easily put in another 40/50 hours across America and Mexico.
