10 Video Game Moments You Weren't Supposed To See

6. The Giant Master Chief Corpse - Halo 2

The Halo games are packed to the gills with fun glitches, but one of the coolest and even creepiest of the lot? Halo 2's giant Master Chief corpse glitch.

In the game's multiplayer map Burial Grounds, one player must stand by the burning pillar where the Ghost vehicle spawns, while a second player pilots a Wraith and drives it directly into them.

The first player must then fire a rocket launcher just before the Wraith hits them, while equipped with an overshield.

The impact should result in the first player being knocked into the pillar and through the bottom of the map, but because of a quirk in the game's map design, a gigantic, Kaiju-sized projection of the player's corpse will suddenly materialise in the sky above the area.

This is one of those total head-scratcher moments in a game that can be quite easily stumbled upon by pure accident, in turn demonstrating how even the very best games are just one move away from inadvertently, if fascinatingly, peeling back the curtain.
