Good luck making sense of this one.

In Dragon Age: Inquisition, it's possible for players to fall beneath the ground at Skyhold, at which point they'll end up in a glitching room complete with eerie chime music and an unnerving figure at the edge of the room.

The figure appears to be a pie with googly eyes drawn on it wearing a top hat because... reasons.

The discovery was first posted to YouTube by user LeeCsM a mere day after the game's release, and quickly blew up enough to catch the attention of BioWare designers Jason Hill and Graham Kelly.

Hill commented that he didn't think anyone would find it, before Kelly confessed that he hid the room in the game and confirmed that the player wasn't supposed to fall through the area.

Kelly then dubbed the unnerving creature "The Lord of the Pies," before hinting that he may have hidden "some of his smaller flock" throughout the surrounding area.

Almost a decade later, though, this is still the only hat-wearing pie that players have found.
