10 Video Game NPCs You Should NEVER Kill

The GTA series has crime in it's veins and killing in it's blood. So generally speaking, the NPCs caught in the cross-fire of your rampages tend to be inconsequential. Really, all you need to worry about is yourself.

Grand Theft Auto V did a wonderful thing compared to its predecessors by letting gamers take control of (and switch between) three playable characters. It changed everything, allowing players to choose different ways to tackle many missions. When not working through the main story though, it's possible to come across your two allies in the mean streets of Los Santos.

GTA is all about two things: free-roaming player choice and the potential for mayhem. Yes, you could hang out with yourself at a bar or go play golf... or you could fill your fellow protagonist full of lead to see what happens.

For main characters in GTA, death isn't permanent and players will be familiar with getting "wasted" (as the game calls it) and waking up outside the hospital with a cut of their cash gone. This actually isn't any different here. Your compatriot will even text you to say they've footed you the bill.

Thankfully, you've not suddenly cut out a third of the game... but was it worth spending the ammo just to be charged for it?
