10 Video Game Post-Credits Scenes You Need To See

5. Portal 2

Another more light-hearted entry, Portal 2's post-credit scene is a bit of a classic. For anyone who hasn't already played through Portal 2 (which must be a pretty small number of people by this point) I would recommend you stop reading now and go play the game and expereince the game for yourself, post-credit scene included. You certainly won't regret it.

This post-credit scene doesn't serve to set up for the next game in the series, it doesn't provide a mind-blowing plot twist and it only last about thirty seconds. But in that short time we get to see our treacherous friend, Wheatley, come to terms with his wrong-doings and actually claiming that he would like to apologise for everything he did to the player

While it is definitely too little too late, seeing as Wheatley is floating aimlessly through space, there is actually something quite nice about the fact that Wheatley wants to apologise to the player. It's also great to see Core 1 is still very much enjoying itself in space.

Even Wheatley doesn't seem that annoyed with him at this point.
