With the re-release of Knights of the Old Republic, it was inevitable that the sequel to the groundbreaking role-player would follow. Because KOTOR: The Sith Lords was regarded as a disappointment, you wouldn't expect Star Wars fans to be eager to revisit this follow-up. Due to the game's rampant bugs and incomplete state, one might wonder why any gaming company bothered to re-release it.

So, when fans learned this remaster would contain the content missing from the original, it felt like The Sith Lords could redeem itself.

Astoundingly, this remaster was even more soul crushing.

Textures turn black without explanation, the audio sporadically dips in and out, and characters clip through walls so often, you'd swear it was a Jedi power.

Upon launch, there were many complaints that the game was crashing hourly, making gameplay painstakingly frustrating. Some bugs were so bad, it made The Sith Lords impossible to complete, no matter how many times the player reset their save state.

Because the first KOTOR remaster was virtually seamless, there's no justification why the same level of quality couldn't be maintained for this instalment.
