Gaming is for everyone, not just kids. In fact, some of the industry’s most popular titles are specifically targeted at adults; with mature themes, violence and gore and of course strong language. But which game drops the most f-bombs?

In 2010, Mafia II was notable for taking the crown of filthiest language and its script, laden with over 200 uses of the mother of all swear words, was gaming news. After all, House of the Dead: Overkill had only set the record itself just one year prior. It seemed as though it was anyone’s game and eventually a new Grand Theft Auto or something was going to come along and swoop in.

However, somehow we had all overlooked 2006’s Scarface: The World is Yours. With the all the talk of the most f-bombs in a game, someone submitted this title and it turned out that it had been the winner all along.

Whilst the film that it acts as a sequel to isn’t lacking in colourful language, Tony Montana’s return from the dead clocks a hefty 5,688 uses of everyone’s favourite four letter word.

For clarity, the game takes on average 16 hours to beat so that’s roughly one f-bomb every ten seconds.

Probably best to play this one after your parents go to sleep then.
