8. Hidden Golf Game Inside NBA Live '95

Well how about we now invert things a little and talk about a game that snuck a Golf game inside it’s programming and it’s found in an equally weird location, NBA Live 95. Now I never got the chance to play this game as a kid much preferring the NBA Jam games for their overblown sprites and rapid gameplay plus the sheer joy of watching my team smash a backboard must be only equal to your mums when the team is smashing her against her headboard. And yes that’s my one per list (text edition).

Anyway if you want to access this unnamed golfing experience then you can do so by inputting your player name as REFLOG which is, as you might be able to tell, simply GOLFER backwards.

This unlocks a rather well animated golfing experience which to be honest could have easily made its way into a full title. Quite why this was programmed in and how anyone found out about it is anyone's guess.
