In the annals of The Legend of Zelda history, Ocarina of Time has somewhat overshadowed follow-up Majora’s Mask. Decades of praise and Best Game Ever Made nominations will do that for a game’s ego, after all.
The latter title, however, has become legendary in the community for the darkness that lies at its depths. It’s something of a black sheep of the family, in that regard, with the overriding themes of impending doom and time shenanigans that ensue.
