Oh, you like the mafioso life, but you want to be a little more than just a common enforcer? Omerta: City of Gangsters is a pretty fun little romp through the prohibition era.

With turn-based tactical gunfights, management of rackets, fronts, and both clean and dirty money you've got plenty to work with. Likewise a cast of interesting characters to give you quests.

In Omerta you start out as the Capo of a small gang of mafioso fighting your way to the top of the food chain in racket management and tactical battles. You'll compete against the likes of stronger mafioso, Irish Mobsters, and even the Ku Klux Klan to cement your hold on Atlantic City. With the expansions you'll also meet yakuza, a Texan bank robber, and even more weapons and missions.

If you want something newer than Omerta that's almost pound-for-pound the same game, but prettier - check out the recently released Empire of Sin. But, you can pick up the Omerta Gold edition with 5 DLC expansions for $25. That should tide you over until all of the bugs in Empire of Sin get fixed.
