10 Video Games To Play While Self-Isolating

5. The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild

Ignore the notion that other Zelda titles might have bigger legacies, and focus on Nintendo's attempt to blend a true open ended, open world adventure with one of its most marketable series.

Honestly, no-one could have predicted that Nintendo would take the Legend of Zelda into a realm it had never entered before, but all the ingredients to make the game had been there for a long time, just not quite as refined.

Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask players will recognise the vastly explorable world, A Link to the Past fans will spot the Master Sword trick, and Wind Waker aficionados will be very familiar with picking up enemy weapons to suit your own ends - it was all there waiting to happen.

But, analysis aside, Breath of the Wild is easily one of the best games to lose yourself in for a very long time. You can quite literally go anywhere, combine all sorts of different actions to tackle enemies, and learn how to be the Hero of Hyrule in the most natural and rewarding way possible.
