Let's cut to the chase, if you're a Star Wars fan, you surely can't be too disappointed by Battlefront. I'll repeat that the lack of a single-player is disturbing, and the scandalous price for maps that should already be included on the game will not be paid out of principle, but if we're judging the game on what is there, it's sensational. It may not have the universal appeal to those misguided souls who don't appreciate Star Wars, but if you're a fan, you'll find yourself grinning all the way through. It's just an absolute riot of colour and fun as you get to live out your top Star Wars fantasies without any fuss - instead, just pick up and play without a care in the world. It's even better enjoyed with a group of friends hunting in a pack. Screams or sighs of awe from the other end of the headset are welcome additions to the already immense soundtrack, and if you can focus solely on the game itself, you'll find that it could possibly be the best multiplayer shooter since Modern Warfare 2.
