1. Lollipop Chainsaw
One of last year's underrated gems put you in the pom poms of Juliette Starling - a seemingly normal 18-year-old high school student with a super cute boyfriend. But as we all know this is a Suda 51 game so this wouldn't be complete without a little twist: Juliette actually comes from a family of highly skilled zombie hunters. She's on the way to the park to meet said boyfriend to bring him home to meet the family for the first time, a daunting task for most boyfriends at the best of times. In typical high school fashion, the loner Goth inevitably gets annoyed by his lower social standing and decides to do what every Goth does best, use a black magic ritual to raise legions of the undead for the sole purpose of revenge against his peers. Along with the legions of zombies he also summons five demons into the world to hunt Juliette down. This brings us to one of the most hilarious video game hallucinations in gaming to date. Mariska, one of the five demons, also happens to be a massive hippy and we all know what hippies love to do. Throughout the level Juliette encounters huge mushrooms- that when you chainsaw through them- leads to one trippy gameplay experience. The best one though has to be when you fight a giant, zombified chicken.
