Alundra, the PlayStation's answer to old school Zelda games, let you dive into people's dreams to try and help whatever haunts them.
That being said, I think he'd struggle with this one.
Fortunately, he doesn't have to dive in, as LSD: Dream Emulator lays it all out for us anyway.

It's a trip, to say the least (which might be why they called it LSD) with no real objective. You meander through various levels, all of which look like old screensavers pushed through a Twin Peaks filter.
There's no real objective, you just mosey through until a new background or corridor, or weird face thing spouts gibberish at you.
To say this game is "niche" is putting it lightly. It's garnered a somewhat cult following over the years, but there's no way something this odd would get made today.
Alright, we've had a game that has you tap on a jar thousands of times. But this is too weird for that crowd
