10 Worst Ways To Die In Video Games

1. Disembowelment - Splatterhouse

Amazing thing, the digestive system. Sits in the old body, ticking away nicely, digesting food and pushing out every bit it doesn't need afterwards.

Not so functional, however, when it's forcibly removed by a lunatic.

The Splatterhouse reboot (2010) went absolutely all-in on gratuitous, violent deaths. This is a game where you can force apart an enemy's jaw and head, then reach inside and pull out their internal organs through their mouth.

It's also a game where you can get an enemy down on their knees and tug on their torso until you entirely separate it from their body.

The worst kill in the game, however, is even worse then these two. It's possible for protagonist Rick Taylor to literally punch his way inside an enemy's backside, and once he's in there, he'll have a good rummage around before pulling out the intestines of the unfortunate victim, completely disembowelling them.

Did anyone else just unconsciously clench all of their lower extremities?
