Gourmet Race (Super Smash Bros.)
I love Kirby: such a simple and charming character design which is able to convey an astounding range of facial expressions even as an 8-bit sprite. He's the unsung hero of the Nintendo roster, but his relative obscurity is made up for by his prowess in the Super Smash Bros. series, where he is one of the most difficult opponents to beat. Here is his typically energetic theme as used in that series.
