Anyone who's played Grand Theft Auto should be well-acquainted with the myth that Bigfoot is hidden in GTA: San Andreas.

However, you may not be familiar with a far more disturbing legend circulating this game. By waiting around a specific destination, you should encounter Piggsy - the serial killer from Manhunt.

As ludicrous as this report sounded, it's theoretically possible since both franchises were made by the same company. The rumours gained further traction when YouTuber, DarthDementous uploaded a video in 2008, depicting footage of the pig-masked psychopath in Mount Child and Shady Creeks.

But when dataminers found nothing to back up these claims, interest in the Piggsy rumours dissolved.

Or maybe the myth died down because gamers were obsessing over another GTA urban legend.

The same year the Piggsy video was uploaded, GTA IV was released. Not long after its launch, an image circulated online of a human-rat hybrid lurking in the subway tunnels in the game's Easton Service Station. This overgrown rodent was said to kill the player instantly if they had the misfortune of running into it.

Even though many dismissed the picture as a fake, there were some who saw enough clues to warrant the Ratman's existence. Several NPCs mention large rat-like critters near the station. One comedian at the Split Sides Comedy Club says he saw a homeless man run by him at astounding speed, which some believe is another reference to the furry cryptid.
