Everyone has gone through an "I want to be a Jedi knight" phase in their lives, and some of us are actually yet to leave that stage. Until somebody gets around to inventing laser-sword technology, we're going to have to stick with an Xbox classic, Jedi Academy. It's the final game in the Jedi Knight series, and largely regarded as the pick of the bunch. Customise your character, your lightsaber, fighting style, and even whether you want to undergo training in the light or dark side of the force. It was a highly immersive experience and a concept we'd actually love to see make a comeback to the next-gen consoles.
