11 Unannounced 2014 Gaming Sequels That Will Sell Millions

They haven't been unveiled yet, but when they do, they're all going to make someone very rich.

Portal 3As gamers, we love when a great game is followed up by a great sequel but not when we're given rehashed or cut content masqueraded as a proper sequel. We love when a sequel allows us to revisit beloved settings or characters, but we don't really like it when it shares no resemblance to the original. We love sequels that have clearly received a lot of care and attention from the developers; we hate when a franchise is thrown between various developers and pumped out every year with minimal change. Still, if you were invested in the original game, the sequel will undoubtedly entice you to part with your money and that's why sequels often top the yearly best-seller charts, even if they don't live up to the standards of the first game. There's a bunch of sequels already announced for this year but with E3 growing ever closer, you can expect that number to increase dramatically. With that in mind we're looking forward to the sequels that could be announced and released in 2014 and which will definitely make a ton of money when they do arrive.

I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
