4. Star Wars Battlefront II

From one type of first-person shooter to another in a much more family-friendly galaxy, everything EA have shown of Battlefront II sees them putting the right foot forward for a change.

We've seen a complete 180 when it comes to how money-grubby the original's penchant for siphoning content into an expansion pass felt, as now all DLC is free, there's a full on-disc campaign, loot boxes are the only (optional) microtransaction, and all deluxe content is available through gameplay.

Naturally DICE's Frostbite engine looks unbelievably good, with the devs having access to all of Lucasfilm's various props and sets to ensure everything in-game looks literally photo-real next to the movies.

Possibly the ultimate Star Wars fan package we've been waiting for? Here's hoping.
