10. Star Wars 1313

Telling the story of a young Boba Fett on Coruscant, Star Wars 1313 was set to be the stuff of dreams. There's also the fact it looked absolutely stunning, the footage that came out of E3 2012 still holding up perfectly today with fantastic environmental effects, character models and a high production value throughout.

Combat was set to to apply the Gears of War stop n' pop cover system to great effect, having laser fire whiz over your head at every opportunity.

Anyone who played the excellent Jango Fett-fronted Star Wars: Bounty Hunter - a brilliant blaster in its own right - will remember just how much fun the genre can be within the Star Wars universe, and combining standard third-person combat with things like dragging enemies over cover and engaging in Uncharted-style platforming sequences had mouths watering on both sides of the fan-fence.

Sadly, despite tons of positive press, 1313 was cancelled along with every other in-progress LucasArts project when Disney bought them out, relegating the idea to the "Maybe it'll show up at an E3 some day" bins of pure speculation.
